A 19-year old lady identified as Ifeoma Nelly. has just being arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, for impersonating Wizkid on the social media and duping many people of over $65,000 (N12.9million).
She is said to be a student of Industrial Chemistry at the Delta State University. Ifeoma Nelly was reported to have been arrested through the combined efforts of Wizkid’s Manager, Mr. Sunday Are, policemen from Lagos and an Australian. She was arrested when she came to Lagos to collect part payment of $25,000 from some Australians in an, so that Wizkid would go to Australia to perform.
In a recent report filed by a promoting agency Humble Entertainment, they blasted the Ojuelegba crooner for failing to perform at their event despite being paid saying: “Despite going through all the necessary requirements to book Wizkid which included signing a contract and paying the required fee, we have been let down by the booking/management parties.”
On hearing the accusation levied against him, Wizkid’s manager in Nigeria Sunday Are replied the report by denying any form of contact with the Humble Entertainment but immediately informed the commissioner of police that someone has been impersonating his client and duping people.

BREAKING NEWS! FG Scraps Post UTME, JAMB Sets Cutoff Mark At 180
The Federal Government has scrapped the conduct of post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) for candidates seeking admission into higher institution across the country.
Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, said this on Thursday in Abuja after declaring open the 2016 Combined Policy Meeting on Admissions to Universities, Polytechnics and other institutions.
Minister Adamu expressed confidence in the examination conducted by JAMB and added that there was no need for other examination to be conducted by universities after JAMB.
He said: “As far as I am concerned the nation has confidence in what JAMB is doing.
The universities should not be holding another examination and if the universities have any complain against JAMB let them bring it and then we address it.
“If JAMB is qualified enough to conduct tests and they have conducted test then there will be no need to conduct another test for students to gain admission.”
The Minister also asked the JAMB to stop extra charges on several categories of changes on admissions such as the change of course, change of school and others.
Meanwhile, the JAMB has pegged the cut – off mark for admission for 2016 at 180.
The 180 benchmark, applies to all universities and higher institutions in the country, including polytechnics, colleges of education, and others.

Boko Haram Attack In Niger Kills 30 Soldiers From Niger & 2 From Nigeria
Boko Haram attack in Niger ‘kills 32 soldiers’ Attack kills 30 soldiers from Niger and two from Nigeria on countries’ border near city of Bosso, Niger officials say.
Thirty soldiers from Niger and two Nigerian troops were killed in a Boko Haram attack on Niger’s border with Nigeria, Niger’s defence ministry said.
“On Friday, hundreds of assailants of Boko Haram attacked” the position of the army of Bosso, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday, giving a “provisional toll” of 32 soldiers killed and 67 wounded.
“On the enemy’s side, several dead and injured were taken away,” the ministry said.
“The counter-offensive conducted early this morning helped to retake control of all the positions in the city of Bosso. The situation is under control”, it added.
Local resident and former MP Elhaj Aboubacar told the AFP news agency that the gunmen “drove up at twilight, shouting Allahu Akbar (God is great), they fired a lot of shots and torched many places in Bosso.

“We don’t know where our military went, but one thing is for sure, Boko Haram were able to do what they liked until dawn,” Aboubacar said.
